We reserve the right to refuse service or access to any participant who has not completed payment.
2. Refund and Credit Policy
All purchases are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a program you have enrolled in, your payment can be credited toward a future intake, program, or service of equal value.

All course materials, videos, workbooks, and resources provided by 3 PoP Studio are protected by copyright law.
Materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

4. Conduct and Participation
We expect all participants to engage respectfully and professionally.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, harmful, or unprofessional.

While our training is designed to significantly enhance your skills, confidence, and career readiness, individual results will vary based on personal effort, commitment, and external factors beyond our control.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as agent representation or professional bookings.
6. Changes and Cancellations
We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel programs or workshops if necessary.
Participants will be notified as early as possible, and alternative options or credits will be provided where appropriate.
